Bloom Financial Management and American Financial Management are taking a step away from the market for the moment.
Bloom, a financial consulting firm based in Virginia, and American Finance Management, a company based in New York, have decided to stop accepting new client submissions.
The companies announced the news on their respective websites, with Bloom stating in a blog post that it was “a difficult decision to make” and that the decision was “not one we took lightly.”
Bloom Financial Management, for its part, announced on its website that it would be closing its online site and will be focusing on the “real-time, real-time business.”
“Bloom and American financial management are closing our online platforms effective immediately,” the firm wrote.
“As a result, our team will focus on the business of real-life investment management.”
The companies also announced that their website would be taking a similar step in the near future.
“As we have recently learned, there are several factors that impact the success of a portfolio and that can have a significant impact on its value,” the companies wrote.
“Bloom Financial management will continue to monitor the marketplace to ensure that the business is profitable and that it remains profitable and will continue consulting with clients on the value of their portfolios.”
The two companies will continue offering their products on their websites, but the clients who signed up for Bloom Financial’s services will be notified by email when their services are available.
Both Bloom and American finance will remain open for business as usual.
